oh libraries moved to AWS
All libraries have been moved to AWS.
Updating ohdevtools will fetch these libraries directly from AWS
Alternatively they may be found by browsing https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/linn....index.html (and enter the 'artifacts' folder)
